  • Please bring your own food
    (There is a local HEB - get back on 181 towards Portland, get off on Wild Cat, go left under bridge, 5 blocks on your right)

  • Please bring your own beach towel - we ask that bath towels NOT be taken from the house

  • Sheets, bath towels, pots & pans provided in all units
    (Paper goods not provided)

  • Soap and Toilet Paper will be stocked  (No shampoo or paper towels are provided)

  • No Pets without written permission before your stay

  • Payment Methods Accepted:
    Checks, Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check (NO CREDIT CARDS)

  • Deposits: Credit card hold

  • Cancellation & Return Policy:
    Cancellation allowed with 30 days notice, Re-booking is allowed
    (Hurricane notice is refunded)
